Greetings! My name is Stephanie Ballard. I graduated from Minot State University 1992 with an undergraduate degree in the area of Special Education as well as a master’s degree in 1994 in the area of Severe and Multiple Handicaps. In 2011 I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a master’s degree in Education Administration. I have taught in a variety of special education classroom settings for over 23 years.
