I was born and raised in Athens and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1996--GO DAWGS!  I taught for twenty years in Clarke County before moving to High Shoals Elementary in 2016.  I have had the pleasure of teaching all grade levels (K-5). But don't bother asking me which is my favorite because each grade level has something special about it so I love them all!  

I am blessed to be a mom to Joseph (18) and Hannah (16).  Joseph will be a freshman at the University of Georgia this year, and Hannah is a junior at OCHS!  We live in Watkinsville with our two dogs, Sheba and Cheeseburger, our cat, Shoalie, and Hannah's snake, Daisy Jane.
