I am Kelly Banks and I am a third grade teacher here at OCES. After receiving my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University, I began my teaching career in 2008 in Gwinnett County, where I spent ten years before coming to Oconee! I obtained my Masters and Specialist Degrees from Piedmont College in Teaching Leadership. My husband Rex and I have three boys; Liam, Patrick and Bennett! We love traveling and camping! I am so happy to be an OCES Chief!!
