Rachel Carter has been teaching since 2016. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working on her masters in Instructional Technology with Georgia Southern University. She taught in Auburn, AL for two years and then worked in Clarke County for four years. She has a husband and two children. She lives in Watskinville and loves her community here! She also has an awesome cat named Frasier.
