Andrea Mooney is a fourth grade teacher at Oconee County Elementary School. After graduating from UGA with her Bachelor's in Family & Consumer Sciences she continued her education with a Masters and Specialist in Early Childhood Education. She will be entering her 8th year as an elementary teacher having taught Kindergarten, second, and fourth grade.
