Chelsea Palmer is the Assistant Principal at High Shoals Elementary School. Before her current position, she was an Instructional Technology Specialist for Oconee County Schools. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia with an Undergraduate and Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has her Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University as well as her Tier 1 leadership certification. She previously taught 3rd and 5th grades.
