The Human Resources Office exists to provide the best possible support to employees of Oconee County Schools (OCS). Our school district is renowned for providing a world-class education to our students; it is also a great place to work, and we are constantly striving to make it even better.
Our mission is simple: We strive to attract, support, and retain a high-performing workforce committed to accomplishing the mission of Oconee County Schools. A big part of the mission of Human Resources is ensuring that all positions in OCS are filled with highly qualified and effective employees. In order for this to happen, the Human Resources Office continually provides an applicant pool that meets the staffing needs of the school system.
