Oconee County Schools proudly introduces its Dual Employment Program, designed to optimize staff utilization while minimizing costs across the district.
Purpose
The primary objective of our Dual Employment Program is to efficiently allocate resources by employing staff members in two departments simultaneously, thereby enhancing financial efficiency and maximizing resource utilization within Oconee County Schools.
Dual Employment Opportunities Include:

Teacher/Bus Driver or Monitor

Paraprofessional/Bus Driver or Monitor

School Food and Nutrition/Bus Driver

Custodian/Bus Driver or Monitor
Eligibility:
To be eligible for participation in the program, you must:

Currently hold a position within School Nutrition, Transportation, Custodial, or as a Paraprofessional within Oconee County Schools.

Maintain satisfactory job performance.
