Dr. Diana Anderson

I began my career in 1991 as a computer programmer and have been working in education since 1994 teaching math, business, computing and fitness classes. I met my husband Chris after moving to Watkinsville in 2012, and together we have six children: Abby, Alyssa, Matt, Meg, Afton and Wyatt. I've taught at Georgia Southern University, Ogeechee Technical College and Claxton High School while living in Statesboro, GA. Upon moving to Watkinsville, I worked at UGA as a PE teacher while obtaining a masters degree in Kinesiology and a certification in health and physical education. I joined NOHS in 2014 as a math and PE teacher and eventually moved into teaching math full-time. After spending 2021-2022 in Health/PE and Special Education, I have moved back to the math department this year to teach Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I will continue to coordinate the Titan Time program and sponsor the Young Conservatives club at NOHS. Additionally, I've been asked to sponsor the Equestrian club, which is a new opportunity for North Oconee students! I'm looking forward to an exciting and challenging year!
