Michael Eddy
Mike Eddy has been chosen as the first-ever principal for Dove Creek Middle School. Previously, he was the principal at High Shoals Elementary School and Malcom Bridge Middle School. Prior to coming to Oconee County, he was employed by Henry County Schools beginning in 2001 and also served as the district’s Title I coordinator and fine arts coordinator. Prior to his service in Henry, Eddy worked as a music teacher and director of bands in the Clayton and Fulton county school systems.
He and his wife, Shirley, herself a high school teacher, have two children – a daughter, Madeleine, and a son, Reagan.
