Mrs. Renee Costigan

Renee Costigan teaches Chorus, Musical Theatre, Show Choir, and Dance Aerobics at North Oconee High School.  She directs the Titan Treblemakers and serves as the NOHS Literary Team Coordinator.  Mrs. Costigan earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Valdosta State University and Master and Specialist degrees in Music Education from the University of Georgia.  She has taught choral music in Clarke and Gwinnett Counties and served as Lead Teacher for Choral Music in Gwinnett County.

Mrs. Costigan has conducted numerous honor choir events throughout Georgia and has served as the Choral Director for the University of Georgia’s Summer Music Camp. Her choirs have performed at the Georgia Music Educator’s Conference where she has also presented clinics on a wide variety of topics.  Her choirs consistently earn superior ratings at Large Group Performance Evaluation.  As an active member of GMEA, she has served as an adjudicator, the District Choral Chair, and Chairperson for the Large Group Performance Evaluation Committee. Mrs. Costigan has been a Teacher of the Year finalist multiple times.
