Hello!  I am Christie Stewart, a self-contained special education teacher at Oconee Primary School.  I have been teaching since 2003.  I began my career in Gwinnett County and I came to Oconee in 2015.  I have taught kindergarten, resource (K-2), and self-contained(middle school).  My husband and I have 3 wonderful children that keep us busy.  I enjoy spending time with family, watching college football and working out.  I love creating a classroom community, providing hands on learning experiences and watching each student grow.  I am so excited about the upcoming school year!
