Amy Arnold

My post secondary education began at Auburn University (War Eagle!) where I completed my Undergrad and Masters in Communication Disorders specializing in Speech Language Disorders. Later in life, I earned my Specialist’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.   My career as a Speech-Language Pathologist has given me a great deal of variety as I have worked with clients both young and old in many settings.  I found myself enjoying my work in schools the most.  I have worked in many elementary, middle, and high schools over the years and also served as a Special Education Coordinator, Coordinator of Speech Language Services, and Assistive Technology Specialist.  My latest venture at Colham Ferry Elementary has been quite rewarding.  My favorite part of my job is when my students reach their speech goals.  We celebrate victories in speech daily!
