My name is Joanna Stanchek and I have been teaching in Oconee county since 2016. My husband and I have a little girl, and we live in the Athens area.

I received a Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree from the University of Georgia. During my Master's program, I completed my Reading Endorsement to better support students with phonics and reading comprehension. I am excited to bring what I have learned to Oconee county!
