Dr. Grace Staniszewski

Dr. Grace Staniszewski is the assistant principal at Dove Creek Elementary School. Prior to joining DCES, she was the assistant principal at North Oconee High School from 2016-18. Before to her high school experience, "Dr. Stan" taught in the Clarke County School District serving students in grades K-5, as well as teaching gifted education. During this time, she served on district math and science curriculum and assessment teams. Additionally, Dr. Stan collaborated in the development of alternative assessment strategies to identify underrepresented populations in Gifted Education. She has had the opportunity to present this work at the local, state, and national levels with her team. She and her husband, David, have one son, Owen.
