Steven Beebe graduated as a First Honor graduate from the University of Georgia with degrees in English and English Education as well as a minor in theater. He completed his practicum and student teaching at Madison County High School in Danielsville, Georgia. After graduation, he joined Teach For America and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he taught 9th, 11th, and 12th grade English and AP Literature at East Central High School. Steven also served as East Central's yearbook sponsor and speech and debate coach. He moved back to Athens, GA to complete his Masters in English Education and has continued his teaching career at Oconee County High School. He currently serves as an assistant track coach, yearbook sponsor, and English department chair.
