Miss Jessica Howard
Jessica Howard is a 4th and 5th grade Block Science and Math (STEM) teacher at Colham Ferry Elementary. After graduating from the University of Georgia (2013) with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Jessica began her teaching career in Clarke County as a 3rd grade homeroom teacher. After three years in 3rd grade, she moved to a 5th grade homeroom position teaching all content areas. Jessica holds a Gifted Endorsment as well as an English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) endorsement. She graduated with her Master's in Educational Theory and Practice with a focus in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia (2017). Jessica has served as a mentor teacher to several University of Georgia practicum and student teachers. She has presented at several University of Georgia conferences including Meaningful Mentoring in 2017 and Professional Development Schools Workshops in 2016 and 2017.
