Mrs. Angie Embry
Hello, I’m Angie Embry. I teach fifth grade English language arts and social studies at Oconee County Elementary School. In addition to my classroom endeavors, I enjoy sharing my love of education and practices with other teachers and the community and have presented at the SSTAGE Promising Practices Conference for English Language Arts and the Georgia Conference on Children's Literature. Currently, I serve as a commitee member for the Georgia Children’s Book Awards to select and review quality literature for all Georgia’s young readers. I’m honored to practice alongside the distinguished faculty and administration at OCES to serve the students and community of Oconee County.
