Michelle Jones is an art teacher at Oconee County Elementary School.  She graduated from the University Of Georgia with a BFA in Fine Art and Art Education.  She then received her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education through Piedmont College.  She also received her Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. She taught in Social Circle City Schools for 13 years before coming to Oconee Schools. She was Social Circle City Schools Teacher Of The Year for the school district in 2011. She is an Oconee County Alumnus and is so excited to be coming "home" to teach!
