Hello! My name is Shelby Heflin and I am looking forward to another year in 5th Grade at RBES. I have a dual Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. This year, I will be graduating from the University of Florida with my Master’s degree in Educational Technology.

I was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, FL, but moved to Leesburg, GA in high school. I moved to Athens for college and never left. My husband and I have two dogs, Paisley and Lennon. We are currently renovating our 100-year-old home and are close to finishing it! In our free time, we love to travel to new places and golf on the weekends.

I am thrilled to grow and learn alongside your child this school year!
