Hello Stakeholders! I am so excited about being at Malcom Bridge Elementary School and teaching second grade!  I have been teaching since 2003. I’m a lifelong learner and strive to engage each student every day!  I received my Bachelors, Masters, and Specialist degrees from Valdosta State University.  I also hold endorsements in Gifted and ESOL.  

I'm a Georgia native, but also have international teaching experience.  My free time is taken up by our puppy rescue--a Fox Terrier/Golden Retriever mix who will play fetch with a tennis ball for hours!   If I’m not throwing a tennis ball for my sweet pup, then I’m usually lost in a good book.  I hope to foster a love of reading with all my students!
