I started my teaching career in 2004 after completing a school psychology graduate program. During my school psychology practicum, I observed a high school adaptive curriculum class and knew immediately that I wanted to teach special education. Throughout my career, I have taught in Atlanta, the Bay Area, and Indianapolis. I enjoy working with high school students as they transition to adulthood and am passionate about giving my students opportunities to be as independent as possible. My husband and I have two children and enjoy traveling and sports. I am excited for a great year at OCHS!
