Coach Sagel has a BsEd in Social Studies and a MS in Coaching from Georgia Southern University. He currently coaches football and wrestling at OCHS. Coach Sagel has been a head wrestling coach and head boys lacrosse coach winning GHSA titles in Boys Lacrosse in 2011,2012,2016,2018,and 2021 and been NFHS Lacrosse Coach of the year for 2021.
