Lauren Kucera is the Work-Based Learning Coordinator at North Oconee High School and Oconee County High School.  She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing Education and began her teaching career in 2011.  Ms. Kucera spent 12 years in Gwinnett County and taught middle school and high school Marketing, Fashion Merchandising & Retailing, and Work-Based Learning. She also earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University.  

Ms. Kucera has a passion for teaching students career readiness skills (resume writing, job interviews, etc.) and networking with community business leaders and partners.  

In addition to teaching, Ms. Kucera loves spending time with her two active boys, college football season, and being at the lake.
