I have lived in Watkinsville my entire life. I graduated from Oconee County High School and then the University of Georgia. My family roots run deep in the OC and I am so proud to live and work here. I began teaching in 1996. I started my career at Colham Ferry Elementary, where I taught for six years.  The remainder of my experience has been at Oconee Middle.  I have a great passion for teaching young minds.  I enjoy trying new approaches and seeing that light bulb moment in my students.
