Hi! My name is Kendra Skinner. I began my teaching career at Rocky Branch Elementary in 2015 and absolutely love teaching my precious first graders! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education, and gifted, leadership, reading and ESOL endorsements. I am currently pursuing my Education Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership.

My husband, Brett, and I have three precious daughters - Ellery, Harlyn, and Ada Brett. They keep us very busy with gymnastics, cheer, and dance, and we wouldn't have it any other way! We also love visiting new places together and cheering on the Dawgs!

It never ceases to amaze me how much children grow and soak up at this age! I believe it is important to provide children with a strong educational foundation in a supportive, caring, and loving environment. My ultimate goal is to instill a love for learning in my students and guide them in using their academic knowledge to show kindness and help others. I look forward to working alongside you and guiding your child in their growth this school year!
