Introducing ParentSquare! OCS is excited to introduce ParentSquare as our primary platform for school communication for the 2026-2027 school year. ParentSquare allows families to receive messages through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.
Why the change? Service through Remind will sunset in September 2026. This change gave us an opportunity to evaluate not only a replacement for Remind, but also how we communicate as a district. Our primary goal for this transition is to consolidate our communication tools into one easy-to-use platform. For parents and students, this means fewer logins, clearer messaging, and one place to stay informed. For staff, it provides streamlined tools that better support communication and engagement. Ultimately, this transition is about improving clarity, consistency, and efficiency in how we connect with our school community.
