Peach Education Tax Credit

CTAE Students
Oconee County Schools is participating in the PEACH Education Tax Credit to provide a new way for families, businesses, and community members to invest directly in opportunities for OCS students.

Through the program, eligible Georgia taxpayers can designate Oconee County Schools for their contribution and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on their Georgia state income taxes.

Funds raised for OCS will support the continued growth of Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE), including upgrades to existing lab spaces, modern industry-aligned equipment, and the exploration of additional career pathways for the future.

Growing CTAE for the Future

OCS is committed to building on the strong CTAE opportunities already available to students while continuing to look ahead. As we plan for the future, the district will consider the needs of our students, community, and regional workforce to guide strategic investments in existing programs and explore opportunities for additional career pathways.

Through continued growth, OCS can provide even more opportunities for students to explore their interests, develop industry-relevant skills, and gain experiences that prepare them for success in college, careers, and the workforce.

PEACH Education Tax Credit funds will allow OCS to make these investments without relying on general fund or local property tax dollars.

Invest in Oconee County Students

The PEACH Education Tax Credit gives Georgia taxpayers the opportunity to direct a portion of their state tax liability toward educational opportunities for Oconee County students, turning an existing tax obligation into a meaningful investment that directly benefits our students.

By designating Oconee County Schools, your contribution will support the continued growth of CTAE and help expand opportunities that prepare students for what comes next.
