Mrs. Sarah Bryan
Sarah Bryan is excited to be a part of the High Shoals Elementary School community! She has 13 years of educational work experience in both School Social Work and School Counseling in GA public schools. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology, Masters of Social Work and an Educational Specialist degree in Professional School Counseling from The University of Georgia. Mrs. Bryan is passionate about helping all students reach their full potential by addressing academic, social-emotional, and career readiness skills. She resides in Athens with her husband, Dr. Robert Bryan and twin sons, Pat and Petch.
The HSES School Counseling Program includes K-5 classroom lessons, small counseling groups and individual or responsive counseling as needed. Ms. Bryan also coordinates our Food for Kids Program, Mentoring Program, Secret Santa and connects families to other community resources.
