My name is Sydney Tarpley, and I am so excited to be teaching second grade this year at Rocky Branch Elementary! I am originally from Oconee County and attended Rocky Branch myself, but I moved to Milledgeville, GA to attend school at Georgia College and State University. I graduated from Georgia College with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and my Masters degree in Elementary Education. This year I will be pursuing my Specialist degree at Valdosta State in Teacher Leadership. Before joining the Oconee County School System, I gained teaching experience in Baldwin, Putnam, and Jones County. I am thrilled to be back at RBES!
